All sessions are programmed and coached by me, Alice Brawn - I am a Mother of 2, a Wife and work full time so I know what it’s like to juggle keeping fit and healthy with a busy, time demanding day-to-day life. My passion is health and fitness and what I find most rewarding is seeing my clients unlock their true potential and achieve their goals.
